1. Who we are

The Service ("Linxie", "we", "us") is operated by BK GLOBAL INNOVATIONS LTD (Company No. 15735237), a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales, with registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.

2. What the Service does

Linxie is an AI-assisted LinkedIn ghostwriting SaaS that helps you generate post drafts based on (i) context you provide (e.g. URLs/articles), (ii) your opinions/inputs, and (iii) your writing style (including optionally your recent LinkedIn posts).

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive basic account information (e.g. email, name, avatar URL).

4. Your content and generated content (ownership)

You own the content you submit to the Service ("User Content") and the content generated for you by the Service ("Generated Content"). We do not claim ownership over your User Content or Generated Content.

5. Licence to operate the Service

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display your User Content solely to:

  • (a) provide and improve the Service;
  • (b) troubleshoot, secure, and support the Service; and
  • (c) send relevant data to our service providers (e.g. AI model providers, hosting, database, payment processors) to operate the Service.

6. Third-party services and LinkedIn

The Service may interact with third-party services (e.g. LinkedIn) and may use third-party providers (e.g. Apify) to retrieve recent public posts from a LinkedIn profile you specify, to analyse writing style and generate drafts.

You confirm you have the right to provide any LinkedIn URL/content and to request that we process it for the purposes of providing the Service.

Linxie is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn's terms and policies.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content;
  • create spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent authorship in a misleading way;
  • infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, bypass limits, probe, or attack the Service;
  • upload malicious code or abuse our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Linxie is offered via monthly subscriptions (currently $300 / $600 per month, depending on plan). Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.

If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the current paid period (no further renewals).

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

9. Refund policy (good-faith)

If you are unhappy with the Service results, contact us at info@linxie.ai.

As a general policy, we are willing to provide a refund of the most recent monthly subscription payment if requested within 30 days of the charge, provided you used the Service in good faith.

This policy is offered in addition to any non-excludable statutory rights you may have.

10. AI output disclaimer

The Service uses AI and may produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying outputs before publishing and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

11. Service availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total amount you paid to us for the Service in the one (1) month before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection rules apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date.
